Travel & Operational Expenses
For chaperone and travel services, clients are responsible for applicable travel-related expenses, including airfare, lodging (private room required), ground transportation, meals or agreed per diem, parking, required fees, and itinerary-related costs. All travel expenses must be prepaid or funded in advance unless otherwise agreed.
Extended Services and Additional Time
Services beyond the local service area are available and may require minimum booking durations depending on distance and scope. Overtime hours beyond contractual agreement are billed at a minimum of $75/hour, subject to provider availability.
Payment & Cancellations
Payment is due upon completion of service unless prepaid or under a recurring agreement. Booking over major holidays may be subject to adjusted rates. Deposits (25–50%) may be required for extended or specialty services. Cancellations within 24 hours’ notice incur 50% of scheduled service or a $75 minimum (whichever is greater). Same-day cancellations or no-shows incur 100% of scheduled service. Travel services may be subject to additional cancellation terms.
